Zagat loves Louisville, but what restaurants did they miss?

Zagat Survey, a consumer-review based series of food guides, gave Louisville a huge shout-out recently.

A blog on Zagat’s website included Louisville on its list of 8 Best Foodie Getaways Around the World.

Here is a sample of the website’s praises:

This is Bourbon Country y’all. In Louisville, you’ll find an impressive amount of top-notch restaurants featuring both rustic and city-fied food…to pair with your brown spirits of course.

Zagat only mentioned two places to eat: Proof on Main and the Brown Hotel. I realize the writer didn’t have enough space or time to fully explore all of the great restaurants that Louisville has to offer.

If you were to recommend a Louisville restaurant to a Zagat blogger, which would you pick and why?
