Louisville ranks among country’s foodiest towns

Always a bridesmaid, never a bride.

For the third year, Louisville is a runner up in Bon Appetit magazine’s list of America’s Foodiest Towns.

Here’s a blurb from the magazine about the Derby City food scene:

For three years this bourbon-producing city with a soft spot for Community Supported Agriculture has made our runners-up list–no small feat. And the scene just keeps getting better: The restaurant lineup continues to mature, and there’s a new generation producing artisanal foods.

First love from Emeril, now this recognition? I’d call this a good week for our city.
